Keg at the brewery. Nice looking almost clear golden amber, soft white creamy foam head. Nose is musty and husky grain, slight musty funkiness, perfumed saison yeast which has a slight bubblegum note. Taste Also has the slight bubblegum note, crisp saison yeast, biscuity malt, some hop bitterness and bite and hop leaf that lingers on the tongue. Some citrous bitter tang but it’s grape fruity not orange. Hop not the fruit.

1/3 pint, keg at Mother Kelly’s Bottle & Tap Room, Bethnal Green. Pale golden body, stable white head with good lacing down the glass. Smell of grassy hops and spiced fruits. Lightly dark spiced fruity flavours supported by wheat and pine. Bitter endnotes. Soft in the mouth. Fair enough. (London 26.09.2014).

Draught @ Van Moll Brewpub 1 year anniversary party. Hazy pale yellow color, medium sized dense white head that lasts for quite a while. Aroma is nicely fruity and hoppy, some citrus and orangepeel. Taste lightly malts, orange, orangepeel, zesty, hops, slightly yeasty, slightly bitter. Decent body and carbonation. Nice, not really my kind of beer, but nice.

Draft. A hazy yellowish head. The aroma has notes of spices, straw, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of spices, straw, yeast, and malt, leading to a bitter finish.

Bottle from Cotteridge Wines, Birmingham. Poured a clear straw colour with a big frothy white head and lots of bubbles. The aroma is yeast, light orange citrus, light grassy hop. The flavour is acid, light sour with a crisp, yeast, citrus, light earthy mineral palate. Light bodied with lively carbonation. I like the idea, but the amarillo and the orange were well in the background.

Keg at BD ShepBush. Hazy straw colour with moderate white head, recedes to a ring. Nose of orange, banana, bubblegum, yeast esters, light pepper spice. Moderate sweet light malt immediately recedes to dry, with pepper and citrus, and quite light bitterness. Light-medium body, moderate carb, dry dry dry finish. Good stuff.
