Brewed with special Nelson Sauvin Hops from New Zealand. This variety provides a wine like fruitiness that pairs beautifully with the esters of the Belgian yeast. The finish is dry with some peppery spice. A great alternative to white wine

Bottle shared by Leighton in the hotel room over RBWG - thanks again, Leighton! Pours a hazy pale gold with a small white head that forms a lasting film. Notes of white grapes, pale and bready malts, fruity esters, florals, grass, pear, and cobwebs. Light-bodied, with a dry, funky mouthfeel and moderate to medium carbonation. Nice stuff.

Nice creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is mild fruity, grape, yeast, citrus, leafs, sap, fresh wood, wet grass. Taste is slightly dry floral, wet hay, fresh wood, weeds, paper, yeast, grain, flowers. Medium bitterness, slightly dry and harsh mouthfeel. Nice enough.

Bottle. Very cloudy yellow appearance. Poured with a big head. Lots of citrus with a sharp bitter edge which was a bit too in your face for me. Despite this it was still quite pleasant to drink.
