4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Taster from BBN tom at launch, CBC although I must confess I’ve had the prototype for this. Colour is toasty golden amber, white head. Nose surprisingly is citrous sweet, tangerine, lemon, orange. Taste is also citrous sweet, tangerine and sherberty, with a bit of malty graininess. This is my kind of blonde beer, although half way to an APA.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle at home, from Sourced Market, 04/03/14.
Hazed orange golden with a moderate off white covering.
Nose is punchy citrics, earthy come dank hop notes, mango, mandarin, grapefruit.
Taste comprises daak hop tones, pithy orange, light mango, grapefruit, chalky minerals.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, nice danky hop vein pulseing through a semi drying close.
Tasty hoppy number, excellent for style but at 5.2% should this not be an APA ???

3.3 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Aroma: citrus fruits hops, reminds of an IPA! Appearance: hazy light yellow, big white head. Taste: light bitters, some sweet notes. Palate: turns very bitter, light carbonation. Overall: nice beer, not your typical Golden Ale, reminds more of an IPA in aroma. Pint at the White Horse, Fulham.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
33cl bottle. Pours a clear golden colour with a big white head. Long lasting foam and lot of carbonation streming off the bottom of the glass. Aroma is hop forward on the fruity side, with pineapple and citrus. Taste is similarly fruity but not overly bitter. Grapefruit and peaches with a touch of acidic note in the finish. Medium mouthfeel and well carbonated. Nice and refreshing.

3.8 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 15/20
15th December 2012
Cloudy gold beer, decent white head. Interesting nose of pineapple cube sweets, fresh flowers and wood from a hot sauna! Palate is smooth and semi soft and semi dry. Soft malt, a little creamy. Taste follows the nose to a degree. Floral notes and tangy pineapple with lesser peach and mango. Pinch of spice. Dry finish. Nice beer, interesting and tasty but a bit dry.

4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 17/20
Keg at Craft Beer Co. - Clerkenwell, London. Pourscloudy gold with a creamy, white cap. Big, juicy citrus aroma: tangerine, orange, also melon. Light to medium sweet flavor, lightly dry, with lots more juicy citrus character. Light to medium bodied with fine, smooth carbonation. Fresh, light sweet finish with rich fruit notes, faintly tangy tangerine, orange. Fantastic balance. Great beer. It’s fairly understated stuff, but it’s quite graceful. One of the best on the afternoon.
