My bottle was overwhelmingly carbonated. In a way I poured only foam and still had too much carbonation in it. But after pouring it several times to bigger vessels I managed to finally drink it in a proper way. It happened to be a classic porter with tasty dark chocolate notes. Also heavy on the hops giving it orange peel and zest notes. It has earthy finish. I have to come back to this beer but I’ll wait for another batch. Hope they will fix the over carbonation.

black. Malty, dry roasty soft toasty nose, pretty nice clean portery feel. Med bodied, bit light, roasty, malty. Dunno. Good- really traditional, superclean tho, porter. Good flavours well made, like to have found something to remember oit by.

Skinnyviking (8630) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - MAR 17, 2016
Taster at Taphouse. Medium high creamy lasting light brown head. Pitch black body. Wauw, what an aroma. Lovely roasted malt caramel coffee aroma. Flavor is equally powerful. If you like hard roasted coffee this is what you should go for. There is just a faint hint of liquorice. Fair amount of hops bitterness. Low carbonation. Long dry finish.

Nearly black with creamy beige head. Roasted aroma with notes of coffee and chocolate. Smooth flavour, more chocolate with whiffs of coffee. Sweetness and some caramel. Roasted, bitter finish. Great.
