McNeillR (1092) - SCOTLAND - JUN 20, 2014
Full on cloudy light grey/golden murk. Bullish Berliner nose, vibrant and rubbery. Full on clean, scraping sourness - lemon drops, pear drops, citrus step overovers. Cloudy lemonade murky, clean and light moutfeel and still enough ip in the carbonation two years down the line. Finishes finally with a bit of hay and farmyard buzz, swept away quickly with a squeaky lemon linger. Zingy and tasty.

Bottle, Alps Game Tasting - Cheers Scoopey!

12oz bottle bought at the Craft Beer Co. and opened this morning while packing for New Orleans for Zwanze Day ’13 .. . Popped it opened and started gushing out, not violently but enough to lose a couple ounces .. .
Pale gold yellow, lightly hazed .. . head dies down to a minimal ring .. . lemon rind, mild light dough, and a touch of melted lemonheads .. .
Very easy to drink and rather enjoyable, didn’t like the gushing part but it turned into a good experience .. . .

Do you know how many times a week people say to me "Why are you yelling?"

Hazy pale gold beer, decent white head. Palate is dry and slightly soft with mild fine carbonation. Mild tangy sourness that is apple dominated with lesser lemon and melon. Mild minerals. Semi dry finish. Not bad, a bit appley!

UPDATED: MAR 27, 2013 Danke an Scopey. Trocken säuerlicher Antrunk mit dezenten Fruchtnoten, wenig Limette. Die Intensität lässt schnell nach, das Aroma ist noch angenehm ändert relativ schwach, zum Ende noch einmal kraftloser, minimale Säure. 11/11/13/9//10

Keg at the Craft Beer Co. Pours a clear pale straw yellow colour with a large soapy white head. Aroma is sour and funky, quite fruity. Lemon zast and apricots. Taste is similar, very acidic. Lactic acid, peaches, apricots and grapfruits. Lemony tartness again. Body is thin-ish with huge carbonation. Overall, very well done.
