Pours hazy yellow with minimal white head. Aroma is slightly tarty and funky with apricot, peach, honey. Taste is very fruity tart, fresh and crisp, sour fresh finish. Body is crisp and light with average carbonation.

Pours cloudy orange color with a small head. Lots of grapefruits and grass on the nose, some wheat notes, faint hops and yeast. Sour lemon, grapefruits, some gooseberries and herbal notes on the flavor. Very refreshing but something’s a bit off.

Bottle - hazy light amber with a bubbly white head - I ignored the instructions on the bottle and poured the yeast in anyway. Some lacing. Aroma of sour apple, clove and yeast. Some raspberry and peaches. Taste of apple, wheat, hay and dirt. Light sourness and acidy lemon juice. Light, dry body and prickly carbonation.

330ml bottle. Cloudy, yellowish, pale golden colour with small, frothy, half-way lasting, white head, no lacings whatsoever. Fruity lemon aroma, hints of lime and raspberry, biscuit malty background, a touch of lactic acid, some herbs. Taste is moderately tart, notes of lemon juice. Clean and simple, very drinkable.

Bottle from the brewery. Pour is murky gold with a frothy head witch faces, aroma is fruity, sour, funky yeast and wheat. Taste is wheat, tart acidity, nice sourness, well balanced, light-bodied and gentle carbonation. Solid Berliner Weiße

Draught@SBWF2014. Pale hazy yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, floral, wooden and mild herbal notes. Flavour is lactic, some sour wood, mild berries as well as some herbal and bready malts to it as well.
