Bottle at home in London. Pours perfectly clear, rich gold with a modest, frothy white head. The aroma carries lots of pithy citrus, some grapefruit and orange, dashes of drying pine. Medium sweet flavor, some dry minerals, ripened citrus fruits, some stone fruits, mild piney resins, hints of alcohol. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Nice and restrained resinous pine in the finish, a bit more ripe citrus, a bit of earthy citrus rind, orange, some grapefruit, light sticky grass. Pretty solid depth and balance all around.

Bottle- 10th August. Medium hazy golden colour with moderate head and a bit of retention. Nose comes predominantly from the Amarillo- mandarins, oranges etc. Taste is mildly resinous with orange and a bit of Citra bite on the backend. Satisfying mouthfeel. A bit more backbone than other other IPAs from the same endz. Excellent stuff. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle from the brewery. This is a London made US style IPA to match anything from The Kernel, and probably surpass a few of them. I have a sniff from the bottle straight after opening and its a big hit of bitter citrous fruit. Very fresh fruit nose. Colour is pale slightly orange amber, light haze, medium to large white foam head. Nose is packed with fresh grapefruit, fresh lemons, orange marmalade. Taste is fresh citrous fruit, grapefruit, lemon, orange, citrous rind, pine resin bitter, light husky grain, touch of flinty minerally. Body is medium, mouthful is light fresh and crisp. Finish is pine resiny and crisp citrous fruit bitter.

330 ml bottle. Pours a golden colour with a small foamy head. Aroma of freshly cut grass, herbs and grass. Flavour of strong fresh floral bitterness, grapefruit, mild pungent sweetness, pine and orange pith. Medium bodied and a very long, lingering bitter, citrusy notes. Heavy hoppy herbal fumes as well. Brilliant. I want more!

330ml [6.7% abv]. Hazy, orangey dark golden to amber colour with average, thick, frothy to creamy, fairly lasting, moderately lacing, white head. Grassy, citrusy fruity hop aroma, notes of grapefruit, some pine, some orange zest in the background; slightly herbal, earthy character overall. Taste thrills in mode of a crisp, biting, bitter hoppy drumbeat with citrusy fruity notes, biscuity caramel malty basis, a slightly grassy and earthy touch. Excellent. Fresh hop bitterness could wake the dead. Perfectly balanced, still slightly rough and dirty. Not with that American (e.g. Bear Republic Racer 5), self-expressive attitude of clarity and accuracy, rather with the natural power and beauty of a Rugby player (and his grass stained jersey).

On tap at Brew by Numbers, pours a cloudy golden orange with a small white head. Aroma is very orangey, with loads of resinous hops. Flavour is very similar, with loads of bitter resinous hops, orange zest, and dry biscuity malt. Very well-balanced, with a dry hoppy finish. Excellent stuff.
