COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Pine and citrus: the defining character of American IPAs. The Simcoe and Chinook hops of the Pacific Northwest USA are the embodiment of this. We use them in abundance in 0505 for maximum flavour.

Had this in bottle at Bracelands Campsite, nr Coleford, Forest of Dean, Glos, Saturday 6th September 2014 Orangey and glowing with a large sticky white. Really, really good IPA, pushy bitterness, furry bitterness, dry. Soft in mouth, wonderfully citrussy. A7 A4 T8 P4 Ov15 3.8

Draught at Brew By Numbers on 8 March 2014. Poured a cloudy orange, with a huge white head and excellent lacing. Aroma of grain, orange and citrus. Chewy malt flavours with assertive hoppy lemon zest and pine. Finish was dry grain, biscuit and a slight saltiness.

On tap at BrewDog Manchester. Hazy golden/yellow with white foam. Lots of citrus notes straying into tropical. Getting a good helping of that dank basement simcoe flavour. Light herbalness. Nice mix of flavours. Great balance between hops and malt, just a nice clean and classy IPA all round.

Bottle at home from ales by mail
hazy pale amber with lime peel and passion fruit nose. Medium body, gentle carbobation, "ruinously drinkable". So sessionable for its strength. Juicy fruit, gentle bitterness, peach, tangerine, verbena. Delicious, best ipa I’ve had in a while. Perfectly balanced.
