Bottle @Bruces, Thanks to Mr Leighton. It pours cloudy pale yellow with a small white head. The nose is wheat, dough, floral, paper and spice. The taste is wheat, spice, flour, touch of tartness, bready, lemon, earth and faint banana with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. A fairly standard Witbier by all accounts.

330ml bottle (Snow@ChrisO)
Perfumey spicy aroma, almost [alcohol?], a bit sharp. Dull, but adequate wit. Too stodgy and sticky.

33cl bottle. It pours a hazy pale straw colour with one finger worth of white head. Small bubbles that last quite long. Aroma is traditional witbier with some kick from the hops. Flowery and fresh with orange peel and citrus notes. Taste is flowery and bready, some light bitterness from the hops and quite an amount of citrus/orange notes. Easy to drink and refreshing, with good carbonation. Very good in the style.

UPDATED: FEB 17, 2013 Bottle from CBC. Colour is very pale yellow with a touch of haze and a large white head. Nose is subtle. Light bread yeast, light grass, lemon citrous, wheat grain husk. Taste is light, crisp, fragrant and with lemon citrous and spices. Coriander, orange peel. Closer to a lighter lager than many fuller flavoured continental style wheat beers. Refreshing and a good beer for Summer but not big flavoured.
