(on tap @ Taphouse) Poured a hazy amber with medium white head. Good retention and beautiful lace. Aroma is pure mosaic goodness with plenty of tropical fruit and a bit of onion. Oily texture, medium to light body, soft carbonation despite lively activity of bubbles and a dry finish. Flavour pretty much follows the aroma. Has a very clean and extremely drinkable Mosaic hop expression that is extremely sessionable.
