COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewed in honor of the late Matt Bera, an Equipment Operator on Engine #2, this is a very balanced and flavorful English style pale ale, with a touch of sweet malt flavor and aromas of toasted malts and English hop varieties.

Draft at the brewpub. Roasted caramel aroma (not very roasted) with floral hop. Slightly reddish amber color with a transient white head. Smooth, medium bodied, with near creamy carbonation. Roasted caramel with balancing floral hop. The finish is very balanced. Rather consistent from start to finish.

Draft. Copper color with a big off-white head. Sweet toffee/caramel aroma. Balanced malt/earthy caramel flavor. Medium bodied. Very clean. Slight vanilla flavor.
