COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Hopheads rejoice! Gratuitous amounts of hops and a touch of caramel malt yield an aroma, flavor and balance that many IPA's can't match.

Golden amber pour with a decent thin head. The nose is floral and citrus with some toast and caramel. Light butter in the flavor, caramel, toast, and floral citrus hops in the finish. Some lime. Nice lingering bitterness.

Draft. An amber beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of matl and citrus. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and citrus, leading to a bitter finish with a stinging note of clorine.

~Pours a copper color with white head. ~Nice citrusy hop aroma, some light malts. ~Nice hoppy flavor, similar to grapefruit, with a nice balance of sweet malts. ~Medium sticky feel. Bitter finish. ~Definetly one of Brew it up’s better brews. This is a good west coast IPA.

Sampled on draught: pours a clear amber colour with a small white head. Hops are noticeable but weak, Aroma is sweet and citrusy soft pine and grapefruit. Taste is nice too, overall a decent brew but maybe more of an APA.

Pretty much below average on every catergory that I could think of. The beer pours out a REALLY light golden yellow color with a huge 4-finger head, which looked like it belonged on a pale lager instead of an IPA. Aroma’s had some cheesyness to it which was a turn-off. Lurking under that was a bit of sweet malts. Flavor had some pine hops but cheese was also making appearances. Aspirin also was rearing its ugly head. Not enjoyable at all, in fact I dumped out about half my glass.

This draft brew from the brewery poured a head of foamy finely sized off-white colored bubbles that were and left behind a transparent uncarbonated golden brown colored body and an excellent lacing. The mild aroma was hoppy. The mouth feel was very tingly at the start and at the finish. The strong flavor contained notes of piney hops. Delicious and one I would certainly buy again.
