Draft. An amber beer with a light tan head. The aroma has notes of malt and caramel. The flavor is sweet etih notes of malt and caramel as well as light notes of butterscotch, leading to a dry finish where a note of toast shows up.

Sample at the brewpub on 8/7/10. Clear red pour with a thin off-white head. Earthy hop nose with grainy malt. Caramel malt flavor that has a nice richness with a bit of light hop.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours dark amber with a decent beige head and a faint chocolate aroma. There is a very dry roasted malt flavor with a bitter finish.

On tap. Clear amber golden with an off-white head. Sweet caramel aroma. Medium body, lightly sweet malt, somewhat tired mouthfeel. Has a vague whiff of hops with some bitterness in the finish. 130709

From tap at the brewpub. Pours clear and golden amber with a small off-white head. Aroma is mild toffee caramel malty. Light roasted caramel malt flavoured. Bitter and light roasted malt flavoured finish.

~Pours a dark amber color with white head. ~Sweet crystal malt aroma. ~Has a toasted malt taste with some light hop bitterness. ~Medium feel. Bitter finish. ~A nice drinking Amber. Nothing special about it, but very enjoyable.
