COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This robust stout features chocolate & roasted malt flavor and medium bitterness without being too sweet; poured from our nitrogen taps, the beer has a silky-smooth body and creamy head.

Sample at the brewpub on 8/7/10. Black pour with no head. Roasty nose with notes of chocolate and coffee. Roasty flavor, but very thin and flat with a bit of chocolate on the end.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours black with a thick tan head and a treacle aroma. The flavor is a bit thin for a stout, but still tasty enough with treacle and chocolate flavor and a very dry finish.
