This is a very tasty amber ale. There’s loads of caramel, toasted biscuits and toffee. There’s a slight bit of lemon from the hops that gives this a bit of metallic quality that’s the main drawback. The body is a rich, clear copper, with a thick cream-colored head with excellent staying power. I’m a fan of a well-done malt-centric beer and this qualifies.

Dark copper/amber color, big fluffy head, ok lacing. Malty, but light, aroma - sweet. Thin to medium bodied, caramel and bready malts, some peppery hop at the finish. This goes well with food, but is otherwise not very interesting.

Not quite sure what style this is, so I’m taking an educated guess since I set it up in the database. The bottle wasn’t much help...Anyway! Bright medium amber with a lasting off yellowish white head. Caramel malt and a light fruitiness at first, lightly woody hop. Caramel gets slightly heavier as it warms. Flavor is well balanced, but not much to it. Caramel, light sourness, green apple fruitiness, finish is dry and lightly malt flavored. Does have a light bitterness in the aftertaste. Medium carbonation, light medium body, smooth m/f. Probably made for the newbies to real beer drinking. THis would not scare many palates away, but it may not keep many seasoned palates.
