COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The Venus Wit is a Belgian styled Wit beer brewed with Salvadoran pineapple and maracuya for a slight tropical taste. La Venus Wit es refrescante, dulce-seco y tropical. It is a clear pale gold color with a sparkling white head of foam. Refreshing, slightly sweet with champagne like carbonation. Aromas of pineapple, clove and passion-fruit. Hints of pineapple and passion-fruit flavors blend with a velvety body and a dry-sweet finish.

Bottle: Strong fruity aroma, golden color with think white head. Very strong yeast flavors (typical of warm fermentation temperatures) contributure to buttery, acidic dry tastes & mouthfeel. Food Pairing: Strong cheese.

Its a good fruity aroma that made me expect a sweet beer, but venus is actually quite dry and tart. The carbonation is pleasant and clean

Very unique Belgian Wit beer made with a bit of oats in addition to the wheat and malt for some added spice and a dry finish. And then the tropical notes come in with maracuya (passionfruit) and pina (pineapple) and it is not at all a fruit beer but you can smell the pineapple and you get a nice passionfruit on the dry sweet finish
