3.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
UPDATED: JUN 9, 2013 Draft from Growler of a friend The DIPA poured a clear copper to straw color with a creamy head. There was much lacing and good head retention. The aroma was light with some resin and citrus. The medium body ale was very pleasant to drink and the higher alcohol was well disiguised. The carbonation was average. The taste of citrus, malts and resin stayed in the top of your mouth. I hope the Brew Ridge Trail brewers continue to create attractive beers for the public. This was a winner.
