COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask: Special - 2010
A simple pale golden ale. All pale malt, from North Norfolk and Warminster; no colour malts. Hopped with Apollo, Bravo and Citra, with the Citra in dry hop; hence the ABC... Simple hop additions, nothing complicated. as easy as ABC. (Brewed for the British Guild of Beer Writers, Pre-GBBF - Aug 2 event)

This beer is as simple as its name. It’s gold with a white head. It has a slightly citrusy aroma and a slightly vegetal flavor. Eh.

Cask. Pours gold with a white head. Hoppy citric aroma with some lighter flowery notes. The flavor also features citric hops with some almost perfumey floral notes. Nice, especially for 3%ABV.

From cask at the Brew Wharf. Pours clear and golden orange with a small white head. Aroma is peachy and mild citrusy. Crisp hoppy. Citrusy and bitter peachy into a medium dry hoppy finish. Fruity and smooth dry finish. Lovely.

Get in there, first rate. Many thanks to Ang for the information. Consumed on tap with Alex and his friends at Brew Wharf, 5th August 2010. A low abv session beer, pale copper gold colour, grapefruit, mango, summer fruits, great bitterness levels, exceptional drinkability, not at all gassy, oily, a little carbanation and just a great balanced summer bitter. BrewWharf taking on Crouch Vale here??? Suspect this will develop as it was very fresh on tap.
