COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewed to use up all of the recently opened odd malts and hops left over from the previous few beers...

We used Maris Otter, Munich, CaraRed & Gold malts along with Columbus and Cascade hops for a thirst quenching biscuit malt based, citrus fruit hinted APA for summer...

On tap at the Brew Pub. Light haze on this amber beer, Tiny white head. Fairly low carbonation and smooth palate. Very mild pale malts with the mellow hops - a little fresh orange and a little orange marmalade. Finishes semi dry. Decent but needs a bit more carbonation.
