On tap at the White Horse 40 from 40 Festival, 1st May 2010. Light amber. Tons of grapefruit at the start of the sip. Bit more muted on the nose but in the mouth it’s bursting with fruitiness as well as citrus. Biting finish and a lingering aftertaste round out a really refreshing brew. Lovely.

Cask handpull at Brew Wharf, Borough. Golden brown, bubbly white head. Good hops on this especially on finish. Bit thin in mouth due to lack of condition. Flavour of finishing hop is very attractive, biting and bitter. Some floral flavour. Rich melon flavour and some fruit salad. Really interesting, just needs better condition.

23rd April 2010. On tap at Brew Wharf. Slightly hazy deep gold beer. Crispish light palate. Moderate carbonation. Fresh grapefruit backed by some orange that has a trace of sulfur. Overall quite refreshing. A not unpleasant bitter aftertaste. A little more carbonation would be good!

Cask conditioned handpump Brew Wharf Borough Market. A golden beer with a white head. Delightful hops throughout this beer. Peach and grapefruit notes with lovely late orangey flavours. Very tasty and easy to drink and quite, quite moreish.
