COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
English and weyermann’s german malts and a shit ton of Centennial and some Columbus - probably being hoppier than the hoptimum (smelt amazing in transfer to fermenter) hopster is having 2.5kg’s of Centennial added to it in dry hop.

Cask - The Brew Wharf, London. Poured a golden orange with a slight initial haze and a fine but lasting frothy off-white head leaving some lacing. Really top aroma, all fresh and zesty with generous citrus hops, grapefruit & tangerine. Dry and refreshing on the tongue, floral and malty sweet up front with a lemon & lime sharpness, hints of grapefruit and a late lingering piney hop bitterness. Quite light but bright and crisp on the body, medium carbonation keeps it lively on the tongue. A cracking summer golden.

Cask condition at Brew Wharf. Good condition great hoppy aroma lots of centennials, lacks just a bit of malt in the mouth. Great bitterness on end. Bit of cream

A Mes rate. Cask thanks to Ang for rinning it over to the Rake from Brew Wharf.
Utterly fantastic, perfectly clean pale amber gold body with an excellent thick, bright white head. Stunning hops, full of tangerine and alpha with plenty of bite and a faint floral hint too. Bloody brilliant. Fantastic dusky cask feel about it too. Make no mistake, this is in about as good condition you could ever hope for in a cask beer. Aroma wise, it’s just through the roof. In the mouth however, although all the amazing hopage is there it falls down due to the all too obvious lack of malt and balls. If it was more toward 6% it would really sing, as it is, it’s all mouth and no trousers.
