(Draugh [cask engine?] at the brewpub) I like when a pale has got grapefruit aroma and flavour and this beer had both. Other flavours were fruitiness, white bread and bitterness - so, no surprises. Balance could have been better.

Cask Conditioned Handpump Brew Wharf Borough Market. A hazy copper coloured beer with a white head. A shit load of great Centennials throughout this beer making the aroma especially good. Lovely citrus fruitiness and dry bitterness. Really tasty and full bodied and very moreish. Good blood oranges flavours.

Cask at the Brew Wharf. Pours cloudy orange with a creamy, off-white cap. Whole flower, raw hop aroma. Powerful. Flavor is faintly sweet with light caramel malts, then the hops take hold, with tons of citrus and pine. Strong notes of grapefruit and florals. Medium in body with average carbonation. Finishes bitter, fairly wet, with strong resins. Could use some more malty sweetness, but who cares, really. If you like hops you’ll love this.

A Mes rate. Cellar run at the Brew Wharf thanks to Ang. Love it. Clean gold with a good white head. Excellent condition. Easily the most life I have seen from a Brew Wharf beer. Big fruity hoppy stuff. Gloriously resinous and chewy but surprisingly easy drinking. Citric all over the place. Wonderful dry bitter finish. Ang, this is top mate.

8th October 2010 at BrewWharf. Hazy deep gold beer with a tidy white head. Light semi dry palate. Softish creamy malt base, bags of piney hops, fresh and a little floral. Some grassy bitterness develops. All very smoothly joined up. Finishes fairly dry but not astringent. Lingering bitter marmalde aftertaste. Unapolgetically hoppy and very drinkable. Nice one Ang!

Pint, drunk at Brew Wharf
Copper-gold, slightly murky on appearance, low particles, grapefruit, mango, tropical tangy fruit in abundance, sweet, juicy malts, good bitterness, way too easy to drink, very West Coast impressionism this one. Lots and lots of hops. Lovely.
