Bottle, at RBNAG-11. A gusher, wit like in the glass, topped by a big, diminishing white head. Lemony nose with pale malts and some grassy, lightly resiny hops. Lemony and tart on the palate, pale malts in the back Medium body, some bitterness towards the end. Although certainly off, it’s a decent and refreshing beer. 111015

2nd tasting round in 3 months, 4x33cl cheap bottles just past their MHD/expiration date this time from bierpost.com. For an unfiltered and unpasteurized beer that was very lactic already when I had it fresh(er) last time, what happened now was to be expected: skunked, lactic acids on their way to gueze but not finding enough quality material to ripen&skunk off. - Rather appreciated the cloudy and unclean feel&taste the first time, 2nd tasting was an interesting trial that kept me wondering until the last sip (after 40% of overcarbonated foam had gone down the drain) whether BrewBaker produced an inadvertent Saison with this one. Thanks for the ride - I am done with you now.

UPDATED: MAY 28, 2012 smells like barnyard - real skunky, I didn´t want to taste it, but I had to - in the name of Beer. Puh, definetely infected bottle. So, let´s open the next bottle - same again. No, something went wrong with this. Undrinkable. I´ll give that beer another chance, sometimes - but now I need something to drink !

bottle from bierpost.com. Hazy pale yellow, large white head. Peppery and spicy hop aroma. Malty background with good hop flavours, spicy, pepery, aromatic. There is a shy acitity present.

Grumlig orange öl med stort vitt skum. Doftar svagt surt av citron och rabarber, samt jäst. Smakar ännu surare, där citron och fläder dominerar. Frisk!

Bottle. Blonde, cloudy, gusher. The tiniest chunks of yeast. Citrus and a hint of butter in the aroma. Almost full bodied. Citrus and a hint of skimmed milk in the flavor. Tastes good, looks ugly.

Aroma is really stale, contaminated and sour with some armpit sweat and rotten sauerkraut. Flavour is also contaminated too with sauerkraut and lactic acid. I’ve had three bottles of Brewbaker beers now and three of those have been contaminated – and all in the same sweaty, sour way with lactic acid.

Pours hazy golden color with a huge foamy head. Aroma of acidic fruits, herbs, grass and citrurs. Flavor of citrus, acidic fruits, grass, herbs and spices. Definitely contaminated.

750ml bottle. Hazy yellow-golden colour with huge stable frothy white head. Slightly sourish, otherwise grassy, floral and husky aroma. Taste is dry malty, husky, slightly soapy.

Bottle at RBNAG-11. Golden-yellow colour with a white head. aroma is milky sour, fruit. Flavour is milky sour, malt, fruit, yeast. Strange beer.
