Bottle at the brewpub. Hazy red, creamy head. MAaty body, but it is the crisp bitter hops that really makes this sing. Long lovely bitter tail.

First aroma vanillia, fruit jogurt. Pours unfiltered reddish amber , fat thick foamy head. Taste and smell for a second bitter hops aroma, yet evolves into flat watery, no bitterness in aftertaste. Some maltiness in the middle. Quite drinkable after all, better than expected.

750 bottle, very low fill line. Nose is full of toasty grains and sweet malt. Lightly hazy orange-amber body with a fizzy beige head. Taste is drier and lightly bitter, good balance of toasted, lightly crackery malt with crisp noble hops. Crisp medium body, clean and quenching. A really nice toffee/dark caramel note comes through with some volume. Pretty good for style.

Beer No. 29 on my tour through Austria, Germany and Denmark.
swing top bottle 500ml. - at the Brewbaker. Hazy amber coloured, medium sized white head, brewing cereals and light caramel in the nose. Acidic sweet malty taste with notes of fruits and light spices. Low alcohol presence. Pretty unbalanced beer.

From tap at the brewpub. Pours almost clear, golden red to orange with a lacing white head. Sweet fruity and caramel malt aroma. Sweet initial flavour, light spiced and towards liqourice in base flavour. Finish is light spiced and lingering fruity.
