Bottle. A gusher with a nice looking dense, off-white head of finger-thick size sits on top of a hazy, yellow body. Wheat, some milky notes and quite a lot of fruityness in the aroma. The flavor is fruity and citrusy, with hints of bitterness. Smooth, lightly acidic on the palate. A pleasant and quenching Berliner Weisse, one that I could easily have a few of. 110826

On tap at the brewpub. Peachy golden colour, hazy with a small off-white head. Fruity aroma with just a small hint of bananas. Fruity and sweet, though there is an acidic edge. Medium-bodied and well-carbonated. Rather sweeter, softer and with a fuller body than the traditional Berliner Weisse. Quite pleasant.
