Hazy copper body, white head. Aroma has sour malt, unpleasant green hops. Flavour is bit sour. Is this sour ipa. Like Berliner Weiss but ipa. Great idea.

750 ml bottle. From bierzwerg.de. Hazy orange brown colour with small off-white head. Berries and Berliner Weisse like sourness and tartness in aroma. Very strange mixture of Berliner Weisse and IPA. Tartness, sourness and some bitterness. Red berries and malt. More sourness than bitterness in aftertaste. Very soft carbonation. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Flaska 75 cl. Medelstort skum, honungsfärgad öl. Smultron och honung i aromen, samma samt grape i smaken. Skön beska, lång eftersmak. Bär med mig den här ölen i munnen länge efter att den är uppdrucken.

21/11 0.5 l bottle, thanks ogivlado for sharing! It poured orange and very hazy body with medium sized head. Orange hop aroma, sourish in a deteriorated way. Flavor was not so sour though, too yeasty, chalky, little bit of hops. Another one that is not a true IPA. Medium bodied with longer, again yeasty finish. I reckon it was not in very fresh state when we tasted it, but I doubt it would be much better anyway.

Bottle. Amber golden color. Soft floral aroma. Floral biscuity hopbitter flavor with hints of citrus and butter. Low on carbon. No more than decent.

gunnar (2638) - Sandnes, NORWAY - MAR 23, 2012
Bottle from the brewery, brewed 03.2012. Pours cloudy golden with a huge frothy off-white head. Aroma is malty with a distinct misplaced butterscotch, no hoppy elements in the nose. Taste is fresh piney hops, but that butterscotch still stands out as a showstopper. Lingering bitterness almost cover that butter, but not enough to save this beer for me. A pity.

pivnizub (7228) - Bochum, Porúří, GERMANY - MAR 13, 2012
Bottle: Light amber coloured, smaller stable foamy layer, hazy, caramelly and fruity nose plus an "english" hop profile; dry - not too dry - bitter sweet (malty) flavour, medium bodied, quite soft, lingering spice hoppy and slightly sweetish-caramelly finish. Really good, but it tastes like a decent E.S.B. …

Koelschtrinker (7051) - Köln (Cologne), North Rhine-Westphalia, GERMANY - MAR 11, 2012
Hopfiger, etwas wässriger Antrunk. Die Hopfigkeit bleibt auf diesem geringen Level. Süffiges langweiliges Bier. 9/7/8/8/12/7

Grima (1572) - Saarburg, Rhineland-Palatinate, GERMANY - MAR 6, 2012
The beer in the glass is light amber-colored, cludy, the foam is very thin and fine. It smells subtly citrus-hoppy, pinewood and slightly fruity (grapefruit). Starts with flat carbonation, very hoppy, bitter, light citrus notes in the background, subtly medicinal. The middle part shows very hoppy bitter, according to pine, I miss the IPA-typical aroma hops. Goes into a very bitter and dry, short-lasting finish with some pine and sourish grapefruit!

laiti (1675) - Tampere, FINLAND - MAR 5, 2012
75 cl bottle, bottled 01/2012, BBE 04/2012
Aroma is stale and somewhat tart with gooseberry bush, some gabbage and vinegar. Feels like armpit sweat. Flavour is bitter in a harsh way with gooseberry bush, some vinegar and hints of gabbage. Terrible.
