Bottle. Pours a black color with a small tan head. Has a roasted malty coffee and chocolate aroma. Roasted malty chocolate and coffee flavor with hints of licorice. Has a roasted malty chocolate and coffee finish.

Pours dark brown with a medium high thick head. Aroma burnt malts, coffee. Not your typical imp. Strange almost sour feel. Medium to full body. Not Bad.

Clear dark black colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, dark roasted, burnt, hard roasted, coffee, chocolate, tart. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet, light acidic and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, dry, tart coffee, dark roasted, coffee. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Bottle. Caramel, chocolate, licorice and salt inj the nose. Creamy mouthfeel. Full bodied. Malty sweet, salty flavor with licorice, coffee and caramel. Tasty, but not very complex and refined. Starts to gain sourness, so bottling perhaps needs improvement.

Bottle: Literally black, firm creamy and lacy tanned head, sweetish "mousse au chocolat" nose, toasted malt, fruits and boiled milk, too; medium bodied, soft and silky plus well-hidden alcohol; coffeeish sweet chocolatey-milky finish. Great, a liquid dessert…

Bottle. Very dark brown, average and mostly lasting light brown head. Moderate malty and sweetish aroma, faint sourness some roasted malt and light licorice. Body is medium to full, malty and lightly sweetish flavor, light roasted malt and light sourness. Light licorice. Finish is average, malty and lightly sweetish with some roasted malt and light coffee with some sourness, light hoppyness. Sourish IS - bad batch?

Black color; brownish head. Roasted malt aroma, ashes, light smoke, and also a suspicious sourness. Correct body strength, powerful dark malts flavor, some coffee, light sourness.
Probably not bad, but the experience is a bit spoiled by the light infection.

Bottle @ AA-Meeting, Western Denmark 2012. Pours black with a creamy beige head and lacings. Nose is ashes, vague roast and frut. Tart fruity flavor with ashes and charcoal. A bit thin. Rough bitterness.

(bottle, 75cl) Black colour with a brown and dense foamy head of medium size. Quite sweet and milky, moderately roasted malty aroma with hints of chocolate and traces of vanilla. Mildly sweet flavour, medium to full bodied with a smooth carbonation. Silky and mildly roasted malty base with distinctive notes of chocolate, accompanied by traces of liquorice and toffee; delicately sweet and moderately roasted malty finish with chocolate and a well-covered alcohol.
