Pours dark amber with a beige head. Aroma is caramel, fruity notes and light acidic notes. Flavour is caramel, acidic and fruity notes.

Pours a hazy and copper beer with an offwhite head. The aroma is malt and caramel. The flavor follows the nose with additional acidity. The palate is acidic. Overall a boring beer.

Hazy dark amber with a lasting tan head. Weak malty aroma with a fruity touch. Dry, tart flavour with fruity hops, and a bitter finish

Bottle @ Early Winter Tasting, Odense, 2011. Pours cloudy copper with a small off white head. Yeast, pear, apple and vague rubber. Dry and vaguely tart. Yeasty . .

Interesting beer. Hazy, golden liquid. Aroma is rich in hops and yeast and a bit of bitter fruits. Bitter flavour along with some bread notes. To me, the yeast ingredient is too strong, but it’s a very interesting and enjoyable drink.

Wein Kultur, Berlin. Ködös narancsszín, közepes méretű, kissé sárgás hab. Ez is kicsit hasonlít a Berlin IPA-hoz. Illatában érezni finom karamellt, lágy gyümölcsösséget és egy jó adag komlót. Íze először malátásan, karamellásan és gyümölcsösen édeskés, de ezt hirtelen és hosszan tartóan helyre billenti a gyümölcsös, keserű komló. Utóíze szintén gyümölcsös és kissé savanykás. Megfelelően szénsavas, közepesen testes és nem túl száraz. Könnyen iható és érdekes főzet, tetszett.

50cl flip-top bottle, thanks Tomaz for bringing this one from Berlin. Cuivre brumeuse, col épais et très crémeux beige.Arôme de levure, malt grillé le tout sur un beau bouquet fruité. En bouche, palais est sec, malt léger grillé laissant une impression de grains concassés. Ressent un profile houblonné léger et citronné proche d’une ESB. Très légère, et un plaisir à déguster. Comme souvent, cela change des trois/quatre style que l’on retrouve typiquement à Berlin.
