3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
UPDATED: MAR 1, 2009 Poured hazy amber tending copper. Substantial off white head that dissapates quite quickly. Aromas are really appealing! Sweet malt present with apricot and some citrus fruit. Palate shows more of the same, sweet confectionary-like apricot and grapefruit but thats about it. Finishes short, without any substantial bitterness to balance the sweetness. With a bit of tinkering this could be a cracker!

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Almost clear, honey/amber body with a compact but lasting head. Hops on the nose upfront that carries through to the taste without overpowering. Good beer but not always my favourite style.

Bottle (640ml) Carlisle Wine Bin, WA
Aroma of mild american hops, poured a rather hazy deep amber, excellent malty mouthfeel, with a refreshing crips finish. One of the best Aussie APA’s I have tasted.
