Tap @ Fermentoren, Cph. Pours clear amber with a small, creamy, off-white head. Aroma has caramel, resiny hops, light citrus. Medium carbonation, fine dry and quite creamy mouthfeel. Flavour is elegant, resiny at first, soft buttery to the centre, apricot and pine in the end with a lingering bitter resiny finish.

On tap @ Henrik, Bergen. I guess the enigmatic "Mr. Woodvalley" is no other than Mr. Beer Here himself, as it translates to "Skovdal" in Danish. ;-) Dunno about the Jedi, though. That aside, this beer pours a deep amber-coppery clear body with a small white head. Nose is water melon, caramel, pine and hints of red fruits and berries. Taste is pine, red berries, caramel, nutmeg, herbs and wet grass. Medium body and carbonation. Really tasty IPA bordering on the verge of an amber ale.

[5/2/13] Draught at Søernes Ølbar in Copenhagen. Pretty clear amber. Hoppy aroma of overripe fruits and some yeasty notes. Bitter flavor with hops, a bit stale, some grainy notes and a bit of caramelly malt. Medium-bodied.

(on tap @ Søernes Ølbar) Pours a semi-clear amber with thick, tab head and beautifully creamy lace. Aroma is like an amber ale: some fruity, sodapop hops but also a defined malty, caramel, toffee presence. Oily texture, soft carbonation, full body and a relatively sweet finish. The flavour has tangible, fruity bitterness but it is negated in the finish by considerable residual sweetness. Decent especially for the appearance but a bit too sweet to fit my conception of an IPA.

Small beige head. Hazy reddish amber body. Wooden resiny orangey aroma with strawberry notes. Dry-sweet wooden strawy grainy taste with toffee and oranges notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, soft mouthfeel. Dryish floral wooden dried fruit aftertaste with resiny notes. Nice, interesting, well balanced. (0.2l draft at Crow Bar, Oslo.)

Sample from tap, FØL 2013. Slightly hazy, amber colour with golden hues. Fruity aroma with caramel malts, citrus, resin and pines. Taste is bitter. Medium body, average carboantion. Finishes bitter with citrus and pine hops, lightly toasted malts and a fruity note. Well made!

Draft- A hazy amber beer with a lazing yellowish head. The aorma has notes of hops, straw, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw, malt, and citrus fruits, leading to a bitter finish where a fruity note lingers.
