Alc 11,9%, a wiec sporo wiecej jak jest podane. No no, piwo w kartoniku. Fajne to dodaje to prestizu, zreszta, takowe jest. Ciemno brazowe i geste z niewielkim przeswitem blisko nozki kieliszka. Piana bezowe ale niezbyt trwala. W smaku to alkoholowe cieplo rodzynki no i oczywiscie rum. Sporo sie go wyczuwalo. Kartonik do kolekcji, polecam.

Dark brown body with a small, light tan head that laces the glass well. Lovely aroma that is very strong and malty, with raisins and other sweet dark dried fruits, dark caramel, chocolate and a general vinous feel with traces of whisky in the back. Intense and absolutely stunning flavours that follow the aroma. The taste is moderate plus sweet and the long-lasting finish is heavy bitter. The alcohol is rather obvious, itís a bit boozy, but itís an incredibly clean and pleasant alcohol that matches the intense flavours perfectly. Full body, creamy, smooth and a bit oily texture, soft carbonation. One of the very best beers from BrewDog (and that says a lot)!
[33 cl bottle, batch 210, enjoyed as I watched Pirates of the Caribbean, arrrr!, 19 months after bottling, from Vinmonopolet Vika]

Aroma is plums and raisins. Ashy and chalky then nothing. No flavor other than salt or soy. Is this an off bottle or is the beer actually this bland?

330 ml bottle from Vinomonpolet, Vika. Brown and clear. Small off-white head. Toffee aroma with notes of raisins. Alcohol too. Rich malty flavours with lots of caramel, but the body is light. Sharp acidity and hop bitterness to cut the caramel malts. Complex. Minty and salty. A beer to sip in a deep chair next to the fire place.

Dumb nose giving very little away. Very dark brown, deep colour. Glossy deep tan head. Super concentration but off, messy, slightly dusty with those raisins (why the fuck would anyone put Raisins in beer??) coming through. Blunt off end too. Eventually nose gives off odours of rank sweat, overly ripe runny brie cheese and blood. Decent lacing. Still a guddle though at best.
