On tap @ Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2013. This is a cloudy dark orange one with a small sidesticking white head. The aroma is light tart, quite delicate, traces of something berry sweet,. Really impressive actually, but I’m having a hard time identifying what berries they have used. The quenching potential here is scary. Lovely acidic, brett and soft lime. Thin and really light on the mouthfeel with a average small prickling carbonation level. Lots of lovely berry flavors within the sourness. Wonderful palate cleanser and a really tasty one. Please make more! 04.05.2013
