Brewed in collaboration with Jeppe from Evil Twin Brewing (and named after his mum), this Double IPA is big on fruity flavours.
The latest instalment in our “Hello My Name Is…” series, this beer has been built on the same robust malt base as its predecessors and single hopped with Mosaic for lots of tropical, passion fruit and citrus flavours. Loaded with well over 100kg of blueberries, this is one super fruity hop bomb.
Malts: Extra Pale, Caramalt, Wheat
Hops: Mosaic
Twist: Loaded with heaps of blueberries

Beer number 1000 this is. The scent is absolutely wonderful sweet, hops and fruity. The taste is also quite heavenly wonderful and I just enjoy. However, I think the only blueberry flavor is minimal. Would like to have had it more powerful. But the taste is fruity. The aftertaste is also world class. Bitterness is probably quite right but it fills the whole mouth in the aftertaste and is left long. I can not be more than that, thank you for a wonderful beer. AROMA: medium-intensive, sweet tropical fruits, rather hop-based, no specific notes of blue berries; APPEARANCE: dark amber, hazy, visible particles of suspension TASTE: fair sweetness as well as bitterness (not only from hops but also from alcohol); PALATE: medium body, soft carbonation; quite long but not astringent bitterness; OVERALL: very pleasant beer, but where is the tonne of blueberries?

Bottle 0,33l. Reddish dark amber cloudy liquid, average head. Full body, ligh carbonation. Omg! Very fruity, aroma of blueberries. Medium bitterness, a bit sour, a bit too sweet what is most noticable at the finish but not overpowering. Great one.

Cloudy deep amber color, average off white head. Aroma of blueberries, tropical fruits, peach. Taste is insanely fruity. First the blueberries, and then the whole fruit market. Medium sweet, medium bitter taste. Medium to full body, average carbonation. Long sweet finish. Fruity hop bomb indeed. Holy Grail for fruity DIPA lovers.

Dark amber with a thin cream head. Great aroma of hops and sweet berries, unusual and complex. Taste is very floral up front with the hops then kicking in to provide additional flavour and bitterness. Great ipa that does things a little unusually and is a great addition to the Brewdog lineup.

Clear red copper beer with a small white head. Crisp and pure smell, berries and hops. Very soft mouth feel. Round bodied, good bitterness. Perfect drinkability. I think it’s the blueberries which make this so refreshing. An original and genious IPA. I love this.

Butelka 0.3L. Jasnobursztynowoczerwone, idealnie klarowne. Piana biała, niska, podziurawiona i szybko opada. Aromat intensywny owoców leśnych, jagód, jeżyn, marakuja, cytrusy i trochę żywicy do tego. Bardzo bogata, intensywna i przyjemna mieszanka aromatów. Ciało na poziomie średnim, wysycenie średnie do wysokiego. Goryczka spora-bardzo przyjemna i krótka. Piwo lekko cierpkie nie zbyt słodkie. Lekki karmel w posmaku. POLECAM

Doble ipa amb nabius. Fresca, aromàtica i un punt aspre. Et deixa un regust amargant al final del glop
