English: I Hardcore You is a 9.5% Imperial India Pale Ale, an international collaborative effort between 2 of Europe’s most rock ’n roll brewers. This beer is a blend of BrewDog’s Hardcore IPA and Mikkeller’s I Beat You. After the blending, the beer was then dry hopped a further twice. Making I Hardcore You a beer which has been dry hopped four times, or maybe even six times. We kinda lost count.

I’m yet to be disappointed by both breweries and this one is no exception. And yet I’m still on the fence on this brew. A collaboration made in heaven or hell one might say. A copper hue. The head is fothy. It is hoppy. But the body seems scooped. Earthy and unearthly flavors collide. Frankly, it is exquisite and the same time kinda decadent. Its like it would fit perfectly at some fine dining place and at the same time some dark, seedy speakeasy. I like and dislike it at the same time. I think the genius and idea supercedes the brew, but still try it.

Kicsi hab, viszont tartós. Színe átlátszatlan sötét borostyán. Illata a Brewdog sörökre emlékeztet, jellegzetes citrusos.

Pours a golden amber color. Aromas of floral hops, some sweetness, and a touch of fruit. Flavors of hops, pine and citrus. Light body with a bittersweet finish and long aftertaste.

Jamen!

Amber color with an off white head. Aroma of hops and malt. Taste of hops, sweet malt and slight alcohol. A well balanced beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

UPDATED: FEB 16, 2016 Pours orange like color, haze, with foamy stable yellowish off-white head. Visually low carbonation. Aroma: intense hop aroma, which takes on some tropical fruits, like mango, papaya, some peaches, etc., with malt aroma in the background, which reminds on caramel, but with more like biscuit character. Flavor: intense, with surprisingly high malt flavors, which takes on biscuit, toffee, with note of liquorice, mint, peppermint, and stong hop flavors, which takes on pine, tropical fruits, peaches and some citruses. Finish is slightly bitter, sticky/dry. Body is medium to full, carbonation is soft, texture is silky.
