Pours clear amber with low white head. Aroma of pine, citrus, light fruit and caramel, quite nuanced. Taste is hoppy pine bitter, smooth with balancing sweetness. Light bitter finish that lingers. Body is light and crisp with soft carbonation.

Keg at BrewDog Shoreditch, London during the collaboration project launch day. This was probably the best beer launched today but, to be fair, it wasnít facing the stiffest of competition. Great BrewDog pale ale character; that is, loads of grapefruit and pissy hops. Well balanced, very drinkable. Nice.

Glowing copper with a small white head and a moderate fizz. Intense hop aroma of pine, mango, pineapple and grapefruit. Flavourwise itís similar but less intense - maybe even a bit watery. Some lime comes through at the end along with a mild bitterness. An ok pale ale, the hops are great but feels like it needs a boost in the strength and body.

Brewdog Camden. Keg. Almost clear amber beer with a small pale cream coloured head. Palate is light and crisp. Light malt base. Minerals. Very tangy citric hops, zingy lime, lemon, orange and grapefruit with a touch of pine thrown in. Finishes sharply crisp and with a mild bitter linger. Refreshing and a winner. Donít understand all these low rates!

Draft at BrewDog Camden on 19 October. Through the Hopinator (c). Poured a clear amber colour with a halo of white head. Aroma of tropical fruit, melon and caramel. Citrus hop flavour with some watermelon and hay. Palate is pine, soft fruit and a hint of marzipan (which lost it a point). Good pale ale.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Keg at BD Camden. This is the hopinator version with added mosaic. Well pretty much a cartoon beer I guess and not bad for it. Massively piney and resinous with a particular soapy quality also. Dryish end lingering bitterness.

[keg, BrewDog Edinburgh] Hazy golden pour, large white head. Bitter, piney aroma. Flavours are more wood, some tangerine, and a big bitter finish. Itís very BrewDog Ė despite the orangey notes, I didnít get a whole load of citrus from it Ė mostly vinous/resin like a clash of Nelson/Simcoe. As youíd expect, I guess, some of the hops dominate more than others

Keg at BD Shoreditch, Collab Fest. It pours a clear golden colour with a medium white head. Aroma is big on hops and tropical fruit notes. Lots of pineapple. Taste is well balanced, not too bitter, and conveys a ton of tropical hops. Medium mouthfeel with good carbonation. Quite impressive.

Mid to dark gold. Exceptionally clear. Aroma: full hops with an odd note of perfumed soap. Full, bittersweet with a slightly bitter aftertaste. Astringency hits you here and there. Palette is fuller than youíd think. Carbonation enhances experience just enough. I didnít think this would work. I was wrong.
