COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
5am Saint is The Holy Grail of red ales. We live in a world of disposable deities. Someone, somehow has managed to press that big, flashing moronic override button and we’re hard wired straight into the pockets of false idols trying to make a quick buck. Sadly, for a lot of people the same mentality applies to beer. But who’s to know what’s worth worshiping when monolithic advertising budgets have you sucked down the rabbit hole in the blink of an eye? At BrewDog we are on a mission to open as many people’s eyes as possible. Cast away any aspersions and let the crook of BrewDog be your guide in a whirlwind of conformity and mediocrity. Once this ruby liquid forms a foamy halo around your glass, you’ll never want to look back.
Malts: Marris Otter, Crystal Malt Hops: Simcoe, Chinook, Nelson Sauvin, Centennial Twist: Loads of late hops and bucket-loads of dry hops

Good beer. Not the most fantastic from this company. I think that many other craft beers have caught up with them and made this flavour combination popular, so I felt I had tasted it before. Light and grassy with citrus hops, a dry finish with a citrus tingle on the tongue lasting for some time later.

Grassy hops and citrus in the aroma. Flavor is rich and nutty, with a dry, earthy finish. Different while remaining true to the style, and most importantly, really good.

Slightly dark and slightly reddish brown colored beer with a pretty thick foamy head and lots of lacing on the glass. The typical BrewDog hops aroma is instantly noticable. The taste has fruity characters but also hints of smoke and licorice. There’s a fair amount of hops but it has lots of aroma and is well balanced with the body.

Wow! Very hoppy, fruity, floral amber ale. A lovely amber colour and a great foamy head. resin, floral, grass, spruce, citrus, herbs, hay, ginger this beer has it all. A nice complex ale due to huge amount a different hops varieties added using different hopping methods. The appearance is amber to red but clear. A nice full bodied beer that is smooth and lively. A great beer from one of my favourite breweries.
