Draught. Malty aroma, pours dark copper. Medium head. Slightly sweet toffee malt, but not too heavy, then a smooth bitterness with a moderately long finish. Not too heavy on the carbonation. Very nice.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Keg at Brewdog Manchester. A clear deep ruby copper colour with a thin white head. Aroma of pineapple, red berries, apple, pine and caramel. Taste of red berries, apple, grapefruit, sweet caramel, earthy bitterness and a little coffee. Light bodied, moderate carbonation and a watery texture. A pleasant hop bitterness in the finish. A flavourful, hoppy, easy drinking beer. Little thin but still decent.

Flavours are citrus, some malty caramel notes and fruity bitter finish. Creamy full body with high carbonation. A great hoppy beer!

18.11.2013. humalaa, greippiä, karamellista mallasta. Maussa karamellimallasta, greippiä, kukkaa, puinen/havuinen kuivahko jälkimaku. Jollain tavalla miellyttää, jollain kuitenkin hieman tunkkainen.

Pours redish, slightly brown, with medium head. Smell is very aromatic, taste is quite good, but lacks the finish, you would expect from the smell. A very nice beer.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
This ale is an amber ale brewed with 5 malts at 5% ABV. Pours a copper colour with light head but average carbonation. Aroma is notable citrus with a bit grassiness. Its taste is still citrus and finishes with bitterness likes orange peel and roastiness. Even though the beer was brewed with 5 types of malts, I think it’s still quite hoppy.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
330 ml bottle. Light copper, perfectly clear, with a nice, fluffy and persistent yellowish head. Very pleasent aroma, quite hoppy (piney, resiny, earthy), lots of toffee/caramel notes, a hint of mint bubblegum, overall quite fruity and herbal. Yup, pretty much the same in the mouth, no surprises. Solid and lingering bitterness, quite watery but extremely drinkable, toffee and raspberries in the taste, very clean aftertaste. Average carbonation, light body, creamy texture. Not the perfect mouthfeel and nothing moundblowing, but it’s a pleasent beer, I enjoyed it.
