| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Nov 24, 2009 New world style loaded with pretty tropical fruit and nicely balanced hop resin to finish. Much much better than the ’Cult’ beer and a good example of how to really nail a relatively straightforward and simple style of beer. I liked this a lot. AlbertC (17), Göteborg, Sweden
| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Nov 18, 2009 A regular lager. A bit more character than the average mass produced lagers in it’s price range. deflagro (39), Lund, Sweden
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Nov 17, 2009 Bottle. Amber coloured, clear liquid with a small head. Aroma is relatively rich with some caramel, marzipan and a fresh fruityness. Flavour is nutty with some bitter almond, a malty bitterness and some sweetness. Hops are present but not dominating. Easy to drink, nothing exciting, but a relatively good lager. ante (2928), Stockholm, Sweden
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Nov 16, 2009 Bottled. Pours out in a clear honey colour with a small firm white head. Lemon-zest, grapefruit-peels and straw in the aroma with metallic edges. Medium-bodied with touches of biscuit, straw, lemon-rind and grass. Medium-bitter finish of orange-peels and grass on a foundation of biscuit. Rune (2790), Tromsø, Norway
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Nov 11, 2009 Finally, a BrewDog at my local Blå Rock Café in Tromsø and also available from Vinmonopolet. Almost clear golden body covered by a thin, but persistent white head. Rounded smell of citrus fruits. Mild orange shells in flavour nicely coupled with bready malts. Gentle bitter finish. Dry and oily velvet in the mouth. Medium bodied. Good drinking (330ml bottle from Vinmonopolet at home 03.11 and a bottle at blårock where they usually play some good old fashion punk rock like Teenage Kicks etc., Tromsø 05.11.2009). ricke (208), Malme, Sweden
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Nov 11, 2009 Golden yellow with orange hues and a white head that settles after a while and leaves some lacings.
The smell is malty with notes of oranges, grass and butterscotch.
The taste is very sweet for the style. Malts, white bread, butterscotch, grass, sweet orange notes. The finish has some bitterness to it, leafy hop notes and a hint of minerals. Boring and some flavors seem off.
Light body, medium carbonation. Feels sheep.
Not a good pilsner. Slightly unbalanced with some off-centered flavors.

Light golden with some orange to it and a nice off-white head.
I don’t know what to expect with a lager from Brewdog, so I stick my nose in the glass, and it smells like lager (!), just better:-)
More bitterness, more malts. No way near a pale ale, just a nice lager.
Quite fruity with some charamel. Veer (355), Landskrona, Sweden
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Nov 7, 2009 Aroma: smells nice. Reminiscent of punk. Fresh, fruity hops. More lager quality of course –grains. Slightly harsh.
Flavour: good, but a bit bland. Neutral grain. Some hops with an astringent but overal very mild character. Descent session beer I guess. But then, Punk is a much better session beer. Sorry, no point in comparing the two.Slightly sourish. Pilsner-type.
Appearance: Honey coloured, clear body with some bubbly, milky, thick head that sets quickly.
Palate: soft, good, actually. Milky and fluffy.
