4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
0,375 l bottle courtesy of Balazs, thanks!
Amber-purple colored cloudy beer with a lot of sediment in the body, small off white head. Powerful fruity aroma like a jam with the berries and orange, woody tartness and lurking hops. Strong personality in the flavor with the wild fruits(less than expected but very well balanced)and a woody tartness, sour and fine carbonation. Yes, this is abstrakt.

3.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pours reddish amber, near instantly dissipating head, some sediment visible. Aroma is fruit, honey, yogurt, raspberries in the front, strawberries lurking behind. Really rich fruit characteristics, some whiskey and alcohol in the finish. Raspberry jam in the flavor, followed by bitterness, mitigated slightly by caramel, only for an even more bitter finish of whiskey, oak. Medium mouth feel, light syrup, active carbonation. Overall, I really love the fruitiness in the aroma, but whiskey/alchohol clashes a bit too much with this aspect in the taste...still, interesting for sure.

2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Bottle from Peckham’s Rye. Dark reddish brown colour, good head, cloudy with a lot of sediment. Dry red berry aroma & flavour. A barely drinkable fruit beer that does not live up to the hype surrounding Abstrakt series beers.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle. hazy cloudy amber, with loads of sediment or strawberry and raspberry pulp. Vitamin pills, minerally, childrens vitamins, very fruity, iron, strawberries, raspberries, mixed red berrries, fruity sweet, dusty grassy hops. light pine, resin, medium mouth feel, soft carbonation, very fruity sweet, farty, minerally, strawberries, red berries, fruity bitterness, taste and aroma seems a bit artificial. but I really like the use of fruit and the fruitiness.
