Bottle 375ml. @ Halloween Tasting by cgarvieuk.

Clear light to medium amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, rapsberry, strawberry, light alcohol. Flavor is moderate to heavy strawberry sweet, light raspberry acidic and light moderate bitter with a long duration. (Hidding thee alcohol very good) Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to lively. [20101030]

Draft. A hazy deep red beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma is extremely powerful and has has notes of caramel, malt, alcohol, spices, wood, and peaches. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of fruit and caramel as well as medium notes of yeast, alcohol, and raspberries - the later note grows in intensity towards the finish. It also has light notes of wood and whiskey. The finish is dry and alcoholic.

From tap. Pours cloudy red with a small white head. Aroma is distinct strawberry. Mild wooden. Rather dry and slight wooden strawberry fruity initial flavour. Slowly increasing sweet impression. Slight alcohol burn into a warming finish. Lasting strawberry fruity into the far finish.

On tap. Pours an almost clear reddish amber with a small off-white head. Very fruity and berry-like nose. Quite full-bodied, intensely sweet berry accents - raspberries? with a sulphurous edge and a distinct alcohol bite in the finish. 270810

Bottled@Monks Café Wallingatan, Stockholm. Deep rubyish amber colour with a mediumsized white head. Fountain warning when opening. Aroma is a lot of strawberries, raspberries along with some spices and mild wooden and vanillaish notes. Flavour is quite similar, but also has rather much alcohol in it as well. Quite nice brew.

Draught at Mikkeller Bar. Clear orange red coloured with a small off-white head. Fruity aroma of caramel and raspberries with notes of hops. Fruity flavour of caramel, raspberries, hops, raspberry jam and grass. Fruity and hoppy finish.

Bottle. Pours a clear pale reddish color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity sweetish raspberry aroma. Sweetish fruity bitter raspberry flavor. Has a sweetish fruity malty raspberry finish.

Bottle @ Odense Tasting, Jan 2011. Pours unclear golden with a small off white head. Sweet and vinous nose. Raspberries and strawberries with a touch of alcohol. Very sweet. Warm and vaguely tart fruity flavor.

Bottle. Nice head with medium duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are rich strawberries, raspberries, fruits, malt, caramel and hops.

Draught at MikkellerBAR. Clear red/brown - white edges. Raspberries. High fruity. Red berries. Light nutty. Marmelade. Medium malty. Tartness. Light bitterness. Nice.
