Aromas of roast, nettle, some liquorice, dark chocolate, old (rotten) flowers, paper, some dull spices/herbs, cardboard, some hops, toast and malts. Flavours of smoke, meat, some roast, dark chocolate, cacoa, bitters, light dry, malt toast(/roast), chalk, toasted herbs, hay (toast), soap/cleaner and some grains. Dark brown, almost black pour with small tan head. Aroma of roasted malts, leather and vanilla. Taste of of roasted malts, vanilla, slight chocolate and hops. Beautiful carbonation and medium bodied. Slight bitterness. Very well balanced beer. Not quite sure as to Brewdog calling this a baltic porter, but an excellent example of a very good porter.

Bottled 0,33L. Dark brown color, much fraught aspect with a great fomay head of long duration. Alcoholic and braced aroma, notes of bean’s cocoa, bitter chocolate, braced malt. Roast cereals mouth, elevated alcoholic impacet, good prickly and equilibrate mouth, pleasant bitter and little arid final.

A nice wee porter. Not BrewDog’s best beer, but the first BrewDog beer that I ever encountered. Pours black with a quickly disappearing head. Smells sweet, tastes chocolate, burnt sugar, dried fruits.
