4.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
On Cask at the Bow Bar Winter Beer Festival (Edinburgh). Clear amber, thin but persistent white head. Apple and herb on the nose. Initial sweetness is counteracted by big, big citrus and a beautiful long bitter finish. Fizzy, refreshing, ace.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
330ml bottle from K-Supermarket Kamppi, Helsinki
Pours copper colored with a medium and foamy white head. Nicely hopped for such a low ABV beer but the body is too light. Nothing special.

Anyway back to rate. Appearance is red and dark with a creamy head. Aroma is sweet cinnamon, citrus, clove and floral hops. Taste is cinnamon, sweet malts, caramel, pine, floral helps. Aggressively bitter. Interesting but not for me.
Creamy white lacing, dark red appearance. Aroma is fresh bread, herb, spices, citrus hops. Taste is caramel, toffee, soy-source, blackcurrant, creamy and oily. Very drinkable and enjoyable. Even with a cold.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Cask conditioned at The Southampton Arms, Kentish Town, London. Amber with white head. This is seemingly a fairly basic malty bitter with a balancing leafy hop. Dry enough with reasonable bitterness. Itís ok.
