Cloudy amber beer. (Tom Cadden said one or more of the constituent beers was unfilitered). Little white head. Nice palate which starts crisp but rapidly turns soft. Semi dry. Smooth creamy malt. Sweet hops - delicious! Nelson Sauvin blackcurrant plus strawberry, raspberry, peach, mango and pineapple. A lovely fruit medly with a sweetish hop finish. The trip to the Butchers was inconvenient and I neraly didn’t go. So glad I did! Could have drunk this all night!

Keg at Jolly Butchers 1st Birthday Party on 19th April 2011. Hazy gold colour. A blend of Hardcore and Punk. I thought the Hardcore won out in terms of influence. Big resiny hop aroma. Tangerine and grapefruit on the palate. Quite perfumey. Mellow mouthfeel and dangerously drinkable. An excellent hoppy drop. But I guess I’m probably not telling you anything you couldn’t have guessed there.
