COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bottle and keg: Filtered
Ingredients: Spring Blend, Cara and Crystal Malts; Simcoe, Citra and HBC hops.
This Californian Pale Ale packs a huge hoppy punch. A 21st century low amplitude, high voltage hop hit. Some people say slow is good. We believe fast is better. Being shot from a Hoppy Howitzer beats the hell out of trotting round a submissive paddock. That’s why the internal combustion engine got mounted onto two wheels. Screw down the throttle and listen for that dull banshee howl floating back from those malted mufflers. Drink fast, live fast, sleep late and rip it up down empty streets. This pale ale is chopped, tuned and ready to roll. Fuel up and hold tight, this little thoroughbred kicks like a mule. Perfect for drinking by the bottle, case or even keg.

In the Aroma i can find a hint of caramel and nice strong hops, citrus. Nice hazy orange colour with a white head. The hops play the main role here and the bitterness is rely good. Light body with a nice medium carbonation. A nice refreshing beer low in alcohol.

#35 BrewDog. 33 cl. bottle @ ’t Antwaerps Bierhuyske. BBF 02/05/2014. Appearance is dark textbook amber with a stable off-white head. Nose is typical BrewDog hop-profile, herbal hops, pine resin, pretty hoppy but not brutal mixed with some caramel malts. Taste is full of Brewdog herbal hops, some pine, faint mango mixed with caramel malts, hint hay, resin, crystal, oily, some sugar that balances out,… Easy body, hoppy. I am not a big fan of the BredDog hop profile but this carries a nice hop profile, is very balanced & easy to drink. This is a nice sessioning brew & would be pretty nice if sold at an appropriate price. This is comparable to their Punk IPA but way better, this makes their Punk IPa obsolete in my opinion. Lovely name.

Bottle at home. Pours a slightly hazy orange colour with a medium and creamy, light beige head. Nice fruity and hoppy aroma with grapefruit, grass, some caramel, oat, oranges and pine. The flavour follows up with more grassy hops and grapefruit. Slick and soft mouth feel, and a medium bitterness. Incredibly flavourful for a lower strenght beer. Wonderful and balanced.

Very nice citrus aroma with little hint of resinous aroma. Good looking deep oragne with nice, long lasting head.

330 ml bottle at home. Pours ddep orange with a tiny head. Full exotic nose; mango, grapefruit, some banana etc. Light body with slight bitterness but no sweetness countering it. Dry and bitter finish. Lack a bit of profound character, too edgy on the bitterness.

Appearance with amber/orange color and average head. Heavy hoppy aroma: pine, mango and passion fruit. Heavy bitter and acetic flavor. On the palate, full body and dry. It’s amazing how a beer of 3.8% alcohol can be so strong.

Tapped at Hostinec Richtar Jakub in Bratislava. I had this beer tapped long long ago so I re-visited it now. One word: absolutely greta in all senses! Herbal, hoppy aroma, refreshing taste of a typical BrewDog ale. Low in body and hence ideal for hot summer days! One of my favorites by BrewDog.

Una resinosa delicia, la hermana pequeña de la punk ipa, y además flojita, puro Brewdog con poco alcohol
