COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Previously known as ’Dead Pony Club’.

Bottle and keg: Filtered

Ingredients: Spring Blend, Cara and Crystal Malts; Simcoe, Citra and HBC hops.

This Californian Pale Ale packs a huge hoppy punch. A 21st century low amplitude, high voltage hop hit. Some people say slow is good. We believe fast is better. Being shot from a Hoppy Howitzer beats the hell out of trotting round a submissive paddock. That’s why the internal combustion engine got mounted onto two wheels. Screw down the throttle and listen for that dull banshee howl floating back from those malted mufflers. Drink fast, live fast, sleep late and rip it up down empty streets. This pale ale is chopped, tuned and ready to roll. Fuel up and hold tight, this little thoroughbred kicks like a mule. Perfect for drinking by the bottle, case or even keg.

Clear, light amber, yellow, beer with a white head that leaves lacing. Nose: Floral hops, tropical fruit, citrus, orange and grapefruit. Taste: A very light body that doesn´t match the nose. Light bitter, citrus, malt and herbs. Medium carbonation. Fresh and easy drinking. A perfect summerbeer!

Brew Dog Camden Town. Pale golden pour creamy head. The nose is very bright and citric. Clean bitterness, soft crackery malt and a very clean bitterness. Grapefruit, kiwi and a nice zesty hoppiness. Really tasty - especially at that ABV.

Bottle. Pours pale copper in colour with medium head. Aroma is grassy hops, pine tree and resin. Taste like a combination of malts and coniferous trees, some citric notes also.

Wie der kleine Bruder des Punk IPA. Noch mehr Aromen, fruchtiger. Wenig dünner, flacher. Aber fein.

I think I got an old bottle. The aroma from the bottle was great with lots of citrus, but when poured the beer smelled of honey. A decent bitter finish is still there.

Draught at BrewDog Camden on 12 Jun 2012. Poured a lightly hazy, dark golden colour, with a dense white head. Aroma of grapefruit, pineapple and straw. Big hoppy flavours; citrus, pine, grass and some grain. Finish was dry cereal, lingering spruce and dried fruit.
