Bottle and keg: Filtered

Ingredients: Spring Blend, Cara and Crystal Malts; Simcoe, Citra and HBC hops.

This Californian Pale Ale packs a huge hoppy punch. A 21st century low amplitude, high voltage hop hit. Some people say slow is good. We believe fast is better. Being shot from a Hoppy Howitzer beats the hell out of trotting round a submissive paddock. That’s why the internal combustion engine got mounted onto two wheels. Screw down the throttle and listen for that dull banshee howl floating back from those malted mufflers. Drink fast, live fast, sleep late and rip it up down empty streets. This pale ale is chopped, tuned and ready to roll. Fuel up and hold tight, this little thoroughbred kicks like a mule. Perfect for drinking by the bottle, case or even keg.

UPDATED: FEB 22, 2013 Bottle from mane liquor. Lovely golden orange pour with a small white head. Nose smells fantastic! Loads of grapefruit and grassy hops. Nice hop presence. Crisp bitterness. Great balance of tropical fruits and floral hops. Just an awesome midstrength could drink gallons of the stuff. Best mid I’ve ever had!! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

33cl bottle @Home - Appearance: very nice appearance with pretty amber color. Under average head thickness. Slightly off-white head with low retention, made of big bubbles. Light Brussels’ lacing. Slightly hazy. - Aroma: good aromas of tropical fruits: mango, passion fruit, peach, grapefruit, citrus zest and hints of some weird aroma i couldn’t identify. - Taste: light sweetness, light-to-medium bitterness, a little bit of sourness which provides a light citric touch. - Palate: light-to-medium body, watery-to-oily texture, under average carbonation, long dry finish with hints of tropical fruits like mango and passion fruit, peach, grapefruit. - Overall: very good appearance and aromas except for a weird and light aroma i couldn’t identify. Flavor is good but not excellent. Better aroma than flavor. Good long dry finish with hints of tropical fruits and citrus zest.

Bottle at The Roebuck, Leek (Titanic) Pours a hazy deep golden colour with a frothy white head. Aroma of grapefruit, orange, peach, slight mango, some pine, subtle caramel and grassy hops. Taste of grapefruit, orange, subtle mango, a little peach, some pine, slight biscuity malts and grassy hops. Medium bodied and moderate carbonation. A dryish, grassy hop bitterness in the finish. A good low ABV session IPA, lots of citrus and pine. Decent as always Brewdog.

Mousse légčre. Couleur or foncé. Au nez su litchi et un mélange de souffre et d’eau de cuisson. En bouche c’est léger et frais. Amertume assez présente, mais franche. Arričre bouche dans la continuité du nez. Pas mal dans le genre.

On tap at Brewdog pub in London. Hazy golden body with minimal white head. Amazing fresh and fruity aroma: oranges, mangoes, peaches and apricots, all bursting fresh. Taste is very juicy: orange caramel, grapefruit zest and sweet malt. Very light bitterness yet full of flavor. Light, refreshing and exceptional.

Really fruity and hoppy, little bit of herbs go through my mind too. Super easy to drink, still vivacious with it’s bubbles but smooth enough to enjoy all day

[backlog] 29-10-15 / bottle at Curry Kartell Mainz. Surprisingly hoppy for a session pale ale. Eays to drink, nice mouthfeel. Citrus hops. I started rating my beers with Untappd and a few basic notes. Now I want to rate them on ratebeer. So my rating sometimes lack some information. Just ignore it, it is for my personal statistics.
