Bottle and keg: Filtered

Ingredients: Spring Blend, Cara and Crystal Malts; Simcoe, Citra and HBC hops.

This Californian Pale Ale packs a huge hoppy punch. A 21st century low amplitude, high voltage hop hit. Some people say slow is good. We believe fast is better. Being shot from a Hoppy Howitzer beats the hell out of trotting round a submissive paddock. That’s why the internal combustion engine got mounted onto two wheels. Screw down the throttle and listen for that dull banshee howl floating back from those malted mufflers. Drink fast, live fast, sleep late and rip it up down empty streets. This pale ale is chopped, tuned and ready to roll. Fuel up and hold tight, this little thoroughbred kicks like a mule. Perfect for drinking by the bottle, case or even keg.

330ml bottle. Pours clear copper with medium head that disappears pretty quickly. Great fruity aroma with hints of peach and mango. Not quite as rich and complex in flavour but still lovely. Light sweetness and fruit with some mild citrus hops. Some bitterness, but perhaps not quite enough to balance it out perfectly, leaving it a little short at the end. Minor faults, good beer. I could easily drink a lot of this.

From the bottle poured into Spiegelau IPA Glass pours clear amber with quickly vanishing white head. Nose is light fruity hop, kind of blunt. Taste is floral hops, body is a bit weak. Typical Session IPA...

33cl bottle at home. Appearance: slightly hazy orange golden with medium, quickly dissipating off-white head. Aroma: lychee, grapefruit, lemon, sprite, trace of metal. Taste: medium sweetness and medium bitterness. Notes of lychee, grapefruit, pine. Subtle lychee finish that last pretty long. Palate: medium bodied, thin texture and lively carbonation. Very nice and refreshing

Amber coloured pale ale. White, not long lasting head. Very hoppy and besides that a lot of citrus and touches of pines. Despite the low alcohol percentage a very mature beer. Perfect for a good drinking session with taste.

Kraftig tallbarrsdoft. Söt med distinkt karaktär med dragning åt råttpiss och passionsfrukt. Klar brygd, ljus bärnstensfärg. Snabbt halverande skum men med bra hinna. Lätt blaskig smak som tyvärr är en besvikelse. Fruktig, blommig, men utan större intryck. Låg beska. Tunn kropp.

on tap @ Valentin - Curious Bierkneipe, Volos Greece Holy sh*t, pure aroma all over the place! sweet and hoppy, you want to drink it through your nose. Body is watery (OK it’s a session after all) but the palate is strong with caramel/floral/bread and hoppy citrus in the end. Nice white ehad that lasts. Very drinkable and enjoyable! A bit cheaper and you would surely make a big "session drink" with that stuff...

Cerveza color café turbio. Aroma a cítricos y lúpulos amargos. Al paladar se perciben notas a cítrico, con toque amargo sutil al final que perdura en el retrogusto. Cerveza agradable sin destacar en su rubro. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

3.8%ABV. Session pale ale. Poured out gold. 6ºSRM. Nice cloudy and deep gold, almost amber. Nose is resinous, sap and super glue and curing epoxy. Hint of pine sap. Old leather. Mouthfeel is light soap. Juicy and watery almost. Palate has pale malt. There is a broad minerality to the palate, nice mineral and salty. Hops are just there with a hint of minty spiciness. Finish is light and clean with a rebound noble hop bitter.
