Opaque black - brown beer, good tan head. Palate is softish and slightly viscous, semi dry with mild carbonation. Rich dark chocolate malt and a spot of coffee. Mild brandy alcohol tone. Just a whisper of chilli, thankfully! Touch of dark fruits. Finishes smooth and dry with a mild roast malt bitter linger. Pretty drinkable for such a big beer. AB:04 was better mind.

Black color. Intense dusty chilli aroma, some ancho; some coffee too and chocolate. Sweetish flavor, good chocolate, with mild chili pepper presence and some coffee; a good blend indeed, but with a ashy final that is not very elegant.
