COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewed with ten different types of malt, and blended together with Scottish heather honey, it is a pantheon to the gods of intricacy and nuance; a beer that celebrates a confluence of ideas. History is written by the victors, and Dogma is Scotch Ale triumphant; evolved.
Complex, indulgent and encapsulating, Dogma gives more than a cursory nod to history, to make you ponder the very nature of beer itself.

ASPETTO: rosso rubino, scuro ma non impenetrabile. Schiuma affondante, fine e persistente. AROMA: abbastanza intenso e complesso.

330 ml bottle. Pours a very dark clear brown with a light tan head of big bubbles that dissipate quickly. Aromas of sweet barley malts and burnt sugar. Flavors of molasses, light licorice, a bit of nuts and more sweet malts. Warm. Very nice for a sweetie.

Bottle. Medium copper amber, average off white head. Burnt sugar malts, vague fruity undertones, low bitterness. Sweet but not cloying, and it doesn’t feel like a 7+% ABV.

Mmmh, hit me Baby one more time. Amazing Grace!

Brown bottle, 330ml, co-op. Scentless. Light toffee and coffee notes. Pours black cola with a ruby hue. Taste is dense coffee and toffee notes. Thick and syrup feeling. Grassy and earthy feelings on the mouth. Good.

McWorta (998) - LUXEMBOURG - JUN 18, 2015
Dark brown with ruby red hues and a fine poring tan head. Aromas of toast, chocolate, instant coffee and heather paired with subtle dried leather and light tobacco notes. Short pronounced fine carbonation offering a light slick texture and a full body. Chocolatey milk coffee sweetness develops with a noticeable roast astringency. Lasting bit warming finish, harmonic beer!
