COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The truth. You don’t want to hear the truth. The truth’s no longer out there bubba. Just chicken ass lies. Become a Dogma Disciple. Believe in the birds and the bees. Act crazy, be heavily armed at all times and scream in German.

Dogma is an indulgent, decadent and encapsulating scotch ale brewed with 10 different types of malt all blended together with Scottish heather honey. Soak up the sweet nectar like a jackrabbit on heat.

This beer is not cool. You may think it is, but that is just a beautiful lie fabricated by clowns and gypsies.

Bottle batch 225 - very dark ruby brown with a small beige head. Aroma of caramel, brown sugar, roast malts. Flavours are similar, sweet then bitter. Nicely complex, smooth, chocolate and some honey and light hops. Very nice.

Draft at BD bar Camden. Smallish creamy beige head on a nearly black beer. Aroma is sweet and malty, roast and rye bread. Taste is similarly sweet but also smooth and complex. Bitter and smooth finish. Really pleasant and good! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle @ BrewDog Manchester. Heavy dark malt aroma. Some kind of burnt fruit?! Pours dark brown with slightly off-white tiny head. Virtually none lasting. Quite sweet - lots of delicious malt and honey. Very rich body. Soapy texture. Light carbonation.

Batch 209; Best before: 26-03-14. 660ml bottle, orange label. Pour dark brown, looks like cola. Sticky dark tan foam. I don’t know how old this bottle is, smells oxidized. After letting get some air... Noticeable aromas of caramelized sugars, dark malts, hints of molasses. Nice roasted flavor, tastes of coffee, bitter cola, earthy, very herbal. Finishes very dry. Lingering flavors of bitter herbs & chocolate roast. (4050). #Maythe4thBeWithYou

From Sheffield Uni Beer fest. Opaque dark brown with little head. You get some heather in the aroma but it’s mostly dark fruits and a rich sourness. Tastes similare but with added treacle and coffee, followed with nice bitterness. Medium body.

On tap at BrewDog Camden. Ruby brown with a beige head. Aroma is brown sugar, dates, caramel, malts. Full bodied, slightly sticky mouthfeel, sweet on the palate with a welcome touch of bitterness at the back. Taste is molasses, caramel, toffee, smoke, hint of earthy hops. Great scotch ale.

330ml bottle direct from Brewdog. Pours clear dark ruby with reasonably frothy head that lasts fairly well. Hints of caramelized malt, lightly woody hops, bready and toasty malt. Full body and medium carbonation. Medium bitter finish.

Hopinator version (liquorice root, cacao nibs, cascade hops) at BD Camden. Big choco and funky hops on the nose. Massive dark but creamy chocolate and liquorice taste, with a great malt and hop backbone. Good bitterness from the cacao and hops. Rich and moreish.
