COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The truth. You don’t want to hear the truth. The truth’s no longer out there bubba. Just chicken ass lies. Become a Dogma Disciple. Believe in the birds and the bees. Act crazy, be heavily armed at all times and scream in German.

Dogma is an indulgent, decadent and encapsulating scotch ale brewed with 10 different types of malt all blended together with Scottish heather honey. Soak up the sweet nectar like a jackrabbit on heat.

This beer is not cool. You may think it is, but that is just a beautiful lie fabricated by clowns and gypsies.

Muy british: caramelo de toffee y chocolatina de fruit&nuts. Paladar denso, meloso, con toques de nuez y el dulzor oscuro de la miel de brezo.

Bottle; pours nearly black with a small beige head; sweet aroma of cocoa, vanilla, nuts, and hints of honey and bread; taste is sweet malt, chocolate, cocoa and coffee with a little bit honey and nuts; finish dry; not too much bitterness over all; good scotch ale

Pours a dark walnut color with ruby highlights. Has a small beige head that settles to a nice ring and small film that leaves behind little lacing. Aroma is nutty with some light roast and hints of umami. Also get some brown sugar and chocolate. The taste is drier than expected with a smooth mild roastiness, tobacco, a slight burnt character and some nuttiness. Finishes dry and malty. Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Liked aroma more than the taste because I expected a little more sweetness and complexity, but still a solid and drinkable scotch ale.

Bottle. Dark brown with small, white head. Poor lacing. Poor head retention. Aroma is dark malts, honey, caramel, candy. Taste i sem-sweet, honey, light bitterness, some floral notes, dark fuits, booze is quite noticable. Little oily texture, medium to full body, soft carbonation, alcohol warmth is strongly present. Finsih is long and sweet (boozy). Definetely not my style.

Bottled. Deep ambery brown colour, close to black, with a mediumsized beige fluffy head. Aroma is roasted malts, mild leathery and honeyish notes as well as some berries. Flavour is coffee, chocolate, some bitter floral and fruitiness as well as some honey and mildly leathery notes. Quite a bunch of things in it, but still the result is a quite nice and balanced brew.
