The truth. You don’t want to hear the truth. The truth’s no longer out there bubba. Just chicken ass lies. Become a Dogma Disciple. Believe in the birds and the bees. Act crazy, be heavily armed at all times and scream in German.

Dogma is an indulgent, decadent and encapsulating scotch ale brewed with 10 different types of malt all blended together with Scottish heather honey. Soak up the sweet nectar like a jackrabbit on heat.

This beer is not cool. You may think it is, but that is just a beautiful lie fabricated by clowns and gypsies.

Bottle@Viisi Penniä. Roasted malt and cigar aroma. Chocolate and roasted malt flavor, reminiscent of milk stout. Full body, low carbonation. Bit sweet.

Bottle. Dark brown with small, white head. Poor lacing. Poor head retention. Aroma is dark malts, honey, caramel, candy. Taste i sem-sweet, honey, light bitterness, some floral notes, dark fuits, booze is quite noticable. Little oily texture, medium to full body, soft carbonation, alcohol warmth is strongly present. Finsih is long and sweet (boozy). Definetely not my style.

Bottled. Deep ambery brown colour, close to black, with a mediumsized beige fluffy head. Aroma is roasted malts, mild leathery and honeyish notes as well as some berries. Flavour is coffee, chocolate, some bitter floral and fruitiness as well as some honey and mildly leathery notes. Quite a bunch of things in it, but still the result is a quite nice and balanced brew.

Scotch ale is not oneof my favourite styles, but this is fantastic. Dried fruits and liquorice flavours take on the heavy malt build, a fantastic fireside beer.

Tap. Pours a very dark brown colour with a small surprisingly dark head. Not much aroma. Taste of of malt, honey, caramel, sugar and spices. Can't taste the heather...but maybe I don't really what it tastes like. Full body and above average carbonation. VERY sweet. Malty finish. Quite good...if a bit too sweet. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
